How to request a refund:

2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
3. Once your request is approved, we'll refund 100% of the product price to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged or wrong items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 90 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
